Amtrol SX60V Hydronic Expansion Tank is a stand-type vertical expansion reservoir engineered for closed, non-potable hydronic heating systems. With a 32-gallon capacity and a 15-inch diameter by 48-inch height, it delivers reliable pressure control in tight spaces. The inlet/outlet connections are 1 inch female threaded, compatible with standard piping.

Constructed from urethane top-coated steel, this tank is rated to 240°F and 100 PSIG, and uses a heavy-duty butyl/EPDM diaphragm for durable, long-lasting performance. Factory pre-charged air at 12 PSIG simplifies setup, while included features — projected welded air valve, automatic air vent, air purger, and steel system connection — ensure efficient air management and minimal maintenance.
